"This past spring my wife and I sold our condo and purchased a new home through Tom Jones, a realtor from your Kerrisdale office who we had met at an open house for one of his listings. During our conversation we agreed to meet Tom to discuss a market evaluation of our condo and the possibility of Tom becoming the listing agent. His thorough market evaluation was right on for listing price and his ability to communicate how he was going to approach the sale and purchase on our behalf convinced us to list with him. I should say at this point that 15 years ago in Edmonton I was a realtor with Sutton Group so I felt that I knew what qualities to look for when picking a good realtor. From that point on our experience with Tom was a positive one from the time we signed the listing to the time we moved into our new place in mid-August of this year.
Tom’s habits as a full-service realtor are exemplary. He is always on time for every appointment, returns phone calls with amazing speed, is an excellent listener to the needs of his clients, and is exceptionally good at finding potential problems in condo minutes, offers to purchase and other documentation. He takes his time to make sure all the details and pitfalls come out and are understood by all parties before the signatures go on the contracts. Another of Tom’s qualities that is admirable is that when he is unsure of any unusual technicalities he calls other agents with perhaps more experience for advice on how to deal with the problems. Result . . . . . ZERO difficulties with both our sale and purchase.
Needless to say that when the topic of buying or selling real property comes up in our circle of friends and relatives, we will be recommending Tom’s services every time.
